As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
The average length of an article is approximately 7,500 words. Articles should be no shorter than 5,000 words and no longer than 10,000 words.
The manuscripts should be compiled in the following order: Title page; author identity; abstract; keywords; main text (Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion, Closing); acknowledgment; references; table(s); figure(s); Appendices (if any)
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Author Guidelines
Tata cara penulisan naskah pada Jurnal Hukum Peratun mengikuti ketentuan berikut:
Naskah yang dikirim merupakan karya ilmiah original dan tidak mengandung unsur plagiarisme.
Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris dengan bahasa yang baik dan benar.
Naskah dilengkapi Judul Artikel, Nama Penulis, Asal Institusi Penulis, Alamat Email Penulis, Abstrak, Kata Kunci.
Judul artikel harus spesifik dan lugas yang dirumuskan dengan maksimal 12 kata (bahasa Indonesia), 10 kata (bahasa Inggris), atau 90 ketuk pada papan kunci, yang menggambarkan isi artikel secara komprehensif.
Abstrak (abstract) ditulis secara gamblang, utuh dan lengkap menggambarkan esensi isi keseluruhan tulisan dalam dua bahasa yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris yang masing-masing satu paragraf.
Kata kunci (key word) yang dipilih harus mencerminkan konsep yang dikandung artikel terkait sejumlah 3-5 istilah (horos) dalam dua bahasa yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.

Daftar Pustaka memuat daftar buku, jurnal, makalah/paper/orasi ilmiah baik cetak maupun online yang dikutip dalam naskah, yang disusun secara alfabetis (a to z) dengan gaya Turabian edisi 8
Pengutipan dan penyusunan daftar pustaka dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley
Naskah dalam bentuk file document (.doc) disubmit/dikirim melalui open journal system (OJS) yang dapat diakses pada laman https://jurnalhukumperatun.mahkamahagung.go.id
Dewan penyunting menyeleksi dan mengedit naskah yang masuk tanpa mengubah substansi. Naskah yang tidak dimuat akan dikembalikan atau diberitahukan kepada penulis

Every article submitted to Jurnal Hukum Peratun will not have any 'Article Processing Charges'. This includes submitting, peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the articles. Jurnal Hukum Peratun have no Waiver Policy. Aside the free electronic version, Jurnal Hukum Peratun also available in printed version with certain amouts of charge.
